Policies

THANK YOU for taking your time to view my website. I hope you find all the policies to be fair and reasonable so we can do business together. I only wish to be clear and safe and keep EVERYONE happy. I desire to make you a happy Buyer and hope to see you shop with me on a regular basis. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with all the policies as detailed below.

Payment Policy:

I only accept PAYPAL. If you don’t have a PAYPAL account, NO PROBLEM! With PAYPAL, you will see that credit card or debit card payments are all accepted. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal; if you know my email address, than you can send payments. As I see it, PAYPAL is the best payment method for both the Buyer and the Seller.

I will give all customers up to 12 hours to process payment after order has been listed for purchase. If you have not contacted me or processed payment within the 12 hours, the order will be cancelled and the item will be placed back up for sale.
Sales Tax will be automatically added to the cost and shipping amount ONLY for FL State purchases. All others are responsible to record sales tax in their states.

As prices & shipping costs are converted from different currency, the prices may be revised according to currency fluctuations.
Items are shipped ONLY after payment is received. All CUSTOM ORDERS must be paid in advance before cutting of material or embroidery design is created.

I try very hard to describe my items in detail and create my pictures to show every aspect of the item. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to read through these details before making a purchase. Most sales will be final; however, there are exceptions to every rule. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, please contact me upon receiving your item.

Shipping Policy:

I ship all items via USPS. Insurance and tracking service will be included in the shipping cost. Once your item is sent, a notice of your Tracking Number and an estimated shipping time for arrival is sent via email. Please note that this will be the “estimate” that the Post Office gives me, not a time I can guarantee. If you require an item by a certain date, please contact me BEFORE purchase so we can check possible time line.

International Shipping: During checkout, the buyer sees the final charges, including: the item price, the shipping charges and the import charges. The shipping charges include any US shipping charges as well as applicable international shipping, handling and other fees. The import charges include applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage and other fees. The buyer will see the amount paid to the seller and the amount paid to the Global Shipping provider at time of checkout.

Refund Policy:

Most sales will be final; however, there are exceptions to every rule. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, please contact me upon receiving your item.

Custom Orders are finalized between Buyer & Seller before ordering--therefore, there is a No Return Policy in place.

Restocking Fee of 10% or $5.00 minimum will be deducted from cost when a returned product is accepted.  Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

If it is a mutual decision between Seller and Buyer that the item will be returned, it MUST be returned unused within 15 days of purchase and I ask it be wrapped in a plastic bag inside the envelope to protect from bad weather. I will refund you via PAYPAL upon receiving the item minus any postage costs incurred by me. The Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me.

If an exchange of product is needed, Buyer will pay for all shipping costs.
